基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂在糖尿病皮肤创面愈合中作用的研究进展

摘要
皮肤创面愈合功能受损是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,其机制是高糖环境与多种生物学因素共同作用的结果,与炎症和免疫反应作用、伤口血管化作用、各种生长因子以及基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其组织抑制剂不平衡有关。MMPs属于Zn2+依赖金属蛋白酶超家族,参与降解细胞外基质,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)能阻断基质金属蛋白酶作用,MMPs及TIMPs的不平衡影响着糖尿病皮肤创面愈合的发生和发展。
