摘要：

目的以Lazarus和Folkman的压力、评估和应对模式为理论框架,研究肝癌术后患者的压力事件和压力评估情况。方法用描述性方法研究复旦大学附属中山医院60例肝癌术后患者的压力事件和压力评估情况。结果患者的总体压力水平不高,压力来自于疾病与环境的相关因素。结论对肝癌术后患者的压力进行科学的评估,制定相对应的有效护理措施,才能减轻压力。
