<正>人们很早就意识到高脂蛋白血症是一项重要的公众健康问题,同时一直在试图了解并研究不同的脂质和脂蛋白与心血管疾病间的具体关系。自1970年起,美国国立心肺研究所(National Heart and Lung Institute,NHLI)发起了一系列血脂临床研究计划(Lipid Research Clinics,LRC),并在之后的10余年中不断发展,积累了大量的临床数据。受试人群包含了北美洲各年龄段的男性和女性个体(包括儿童群体)。研究发现血脂水平与年龄、性别、是否服用激素类药物等多种因素相
