实验性脑损伤病理过程中血栓素A2和前列环素含量变化及其影响

摘要
通过大鼠脑落体致伤模型,放免法检测伤后5、15、60及180分钟鼠脑皮质和血浆血栓素 B2(TXB2)与6-酮-前列腺素 F12(6 Keto-PGF1α含量,同时行病理学研究,探讨 TXA2和 PGI2与继发性脑损害的关系。结果:伤后3小时内,脑损伤皮质和血浆中 TXB2及6-Keto-PGF1α含量逐渐增高,TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值亦逐步递增;病理学检查证实,随访后时间延长,脑损害程度愈加重。提示 TXA2与 PGI2代谢失衡是引起脑损伤早期继发性脑损害加重的因素之一,而测定脑组织和血浆中 TXB2与6-Keto-PGF1α含量可反映继发性脑损害的程度。
