银杏叶提取物对异丙肾上腺素诱导的大鼠心肌肥厚的影响

摘要
目的:研究银杏叶提取物(Extract of ginkgo biloba,EGb)对异丙肾上腺素(Isoprenaline,Iso)诱导的大鼠心肌肥厚的影响。方法:大鼠30只分为正常对照组、ISO模型组和EGb治疗组。测定全心重量指数(Heart weight/Body weight,HW/BW)、左心室重量指数(Left ventricle weight index,LVI);检测左心室心肌组织中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidedismutase,SOD)、谷光苷肽过氧化酶(Glutathione-SH pexoxidase,GSH-Px)、一氧化氮合成酶(Nitric oxide synthetase,NOS)活性。结果:ISO模型组的HW/BW、LVI、左心室MDA含量和诱生型NOS(Inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)活性显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px及结构型NOS(Constitutive nitric oxide synthase,cNOS)活性比正常对照组低(P<0.05);EGb治疗组左心室MDA含量、iNOS活性和心脏重量指数比ISO模型组低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px和cNOS活性明显高于ISO模型组(P<0.05)。结论:EGb对ISO诱导的心肌肥厚的发生有预防作用。
