摘要
<正>肝纤维化是许多肝病发展至肝硬化、肝脏疾病终末期的最后共同通路。近几年,每年全世界死于肝硬化的人数已增加到50万。西欧因肝硬化致死居死亡原因第5位,美国则居第4位。化学性肝损伤所引起的肝纤维化在其中占较大比例。长期接触小剂量的二硝基亚硝胺(DMN)可引起癌症,而高剂量则可引起肝脏坏死及纤维化。在肝纤维化的研究
