<正>动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)作为心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)的主要病理基础,严重危害人们的健康[1]。AS是多因素、多发病环节参与的慢性炎症性疾病,内皮损伤和功能减退是其发生的启动环节[2],炎症细胞浸润和炎症介质释放、氧化应激反应、血管平滑肌细胞增殖以及泡沫细胞形成和死亡是AS发生发展的关键机制[3]。Wnt通
