本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法躯干训练结合神经肌肉电刺激对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响

摘要
<正>脑卒中是世界范围内死亡和残疾的主要原因[1]。平衡功能障碍的发生率在脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能障碍中居于首位[2],平衡功能是站立与步行的必要条件。虽然大多数脑卒中患者在康复后恢复了步行功能,但是平衡和步态障碍在慢性期仍然存在,严重影响着患者的日常生活能力。躯干肌群的收缩调整对维持身体正常姿势、坐位平衡和站位平衡具有重要意义[3],脑卒中后患者躯干位置感觉和躯干肌力降低显著影响其平衡功能。有研究报道,基于本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)中的抗阻骨盆前方上提和后方下掣能够增强躯干下部肌力,促进早期脑卒中患者的行走[4]。因此,本研究探究PNF躯干训练
