类风湿性关节炎与血瘀证关系探讨

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) which is very difficult to be treated belons to “Bi Zheng” (impediment pattern) in TCM.As the cause of RA can lead to blood stasis in network vessels and blood stasis can occur during the course of RA,there are great relations between RA and blood stasis of network vessels.The main clinical symptoms of blood stasis syndrome of RA are pain,swelling,local node and ecchymoisis.The blood stasis that runs through the course of RA is both the cause and pathomachanism of RA.
