摘要：

目的以信息-动机-行为技巧模型为理论基础,分析女性性工作者艾滋病高危行为的影响因素及相互作用机制。方法采用同伴推动法招募328名女性性工作者进行问卷调查,应用结构方程模型建模方法构建该人群的艾滋病高危行为模型。结果建立模型的拟合评价指数均在可接受范围之内,模型中预防信息和动机可通过行为技巧影响预防行为,动机对预防行为直接和间接效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),行为技巧对预防行为的效应大于动机的效应。结论行为技巧对预防行为的效应最大,同时作为中介变量调节着预防信息和动机对预防行为的效应。
