摘要：

2型糖尿病是一种伴有多器官受损的慢性代谢性疾病, 同样累及骨骼系统, 骨质疏松是2型糖尿病最易罹患的骨骼病变。研究发现, 2型糖尿病患者有着更高的骨质疏松及骨折发生率, 原因主要归咎于骨质量的下降和跌倒风险的增加。2型糖尿病患者骨质量下降, 是骨微结构异常、骨量流失的共同结果, 是2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松、骨折发生的重要原因。此外, 老年2型糖尿病患者, 认知和肌力下降以及步态的异常造成平衡能力下降及跌倒风险增加, 从而增加骨折率。
