四种临床类型高脂血症患者血清瘦素、脂联素水平的变化附视频

摘要
目的观察四种临床类型高脂血症患者血清瘦素、脂联素(adiponectin,ADN)水平,并探讨它们在脂代谢中的作用。方法入选540例体检人群,其中正常对照组204例。高脂血症患者336例,其中高胆固醇血症组(高TC组,80例)、高甘油三脂血症组(高TG组,105例)、混合型高脂血症组(混合组,85例)和低高密度脂蛋白血症组(低HDL组,66例)4组,分别检测每组患者血清瘦素、ADN水平,并分析其在脂代谢中的作用。结果与正常对照组比较,除低HDL组ADN水平明显升高外(P<0.05),其余各高脂血症组无论是血清瘦素水平,还是ADN水平均未见统计学差异(P>0.05);高脂血症各组之间两两比较可见高TG组瘦素水平低于低HDL组(P<0.05);高TC组ADN水平低于低HDL组(P<0.05)。无论正常对照组还是高脂血症组,血清瘦素与ADN均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清瘦素与ADN共同参与脂代谢的调节,它们之间的相互制约及动态平衡可能在高脂血症的发展进程中起着重要作用。
