摘要：

膝关节内侧骨关节炎的治疗方法有多种,其中高位胫骨截骨术(High tibial osteotomy, HTO)是相对有效的方法,使用高胫骨截骨的方法将下肢力线恢复至正常,减轻了内侧间室的受力并缓解了膝关节的疼痛,延缓了膝关节内侧间室的进一步破坏,可以尽量的保膝,避免关节置换。近年来,"保膝"理念被广泛关注,同时HTO在许多方面有了新的认识和技术改进,减少了手术创伤,提升了疗效,使得国内外重新关注HTO的应用。
