摘要
NO是近年来发现的、在CNS和一些组织中具有细胞间信使作用的物质。在CNS中,它主要通过谷氨酸递质的NMDA受体被激活而生成,引起靶细胞上cGMP升高,产生生理效应。它介导了兴奋性神经传导。它对小脑、海马等神经元上突触的可塑性和神经网络的构筑产生重要影响。
