摘要：

膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是临床常见的一种慢性关节疾病,目前尚无有效的根治方法。在针对KOA的众多非手术疗法中,运动疗法作为一种安全有效的治疗手段已被越来越多的人所接受。目前临床应用和研究较多的运动疗法包括肌力训练、有氧训练、神经肌肉训练及本体感觉神经肌肉促进法、全身振动训练,其治疗作用包括缓解膝关节疼痛、增强下肢肌力和稳定性、改善膝关节功能。目前的研究已从分子生物学和生理学层面对运动疗法治疗KOA的作用机制进行了探讨,但对于各种运动疗法治疗KOA的具体作用机制及在临床应用时的强度、时间、频率等仍需进一步研究。
