摘要
本文梳理了可雇佣性概念提出的背景和可雇佣性的含义,在此基础上,分析了可雇佣性概念的经济学意义、可雇佣性概念对人力资源管理的意义、可雇佣性对人力资源开发的意义,同时还阐述了可雇佣性开发对中国的启示。
