运用表面等离子共振(SPR)生物传感器检测转基因玉米的研究

摘要
采用自组装单分子生物膜技术(Self-assembled Monolayer,SAM),将带巯基头的35S启动子寡聚核苷酸探针修饰到镀金的Biacore芯片表面,建立了一种简单、快速、灵敏的表面等离子共振(surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)DNA生物传感检测系统。研究结果表明,优化的表面等离子共振DNA传感器能够成功地用于转基因玉米PCR扩增样品的检测。
