经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的进展

摘要
经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)是在经皮椎体成形术基础上发展起来的一种新兴微创技术,通过经皮向扩张复位后的椎体内注入骨水泥,达到强化椎体、缓解疼痛的目的。近年来,其在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的应用日益广泛,已逐渐成为治疗OVCF的重要方法。本文概述包括经皮球囊后凸椎体成形术(BKP)、Sky膨胀式椎体成形术、Vessel-X骨材料填充器经皮椎体成形术、Kiva椎体成形术、蛋壳技术、PKP结合内镜技术、PKP联合体位复位技术在内的几种新型PKP的技术特点,介绍PKP填充材料的发展,并对PKP疗效的有关争议、存在问题及趋势进行综述。
