摘要：

在知识社会与终身学习时代,工作场所学习作为一个独立的学术研究领域日益受到成人教育、职业教育等领域的关注,有关工作场所中的成人学习方式已成为一个重要的研究主题。然而,多种多样的工作场所学习方式的提出,一方面反映出了工作场所中成人学习的多样性,另一方面也增加了该领域的模糊性与混乱。
