壳聚糖添加助剂涂膜对草莓采后生理的影响

摘要：

研究了壳聚糖添加助剂涂膜对采后草莓品质和生理的影响 ,结果表明 :0 .5 %壳聚糖添加助剂涂膜可明显延缓果实维生素 C含量的降低 ,减少腐烂 ,抑制草莓呼吸强度、内源乙烯释放量和 MDA含量 ,提高 SOD活性。
