大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的研究

摘要
热凝阻断一侧大脑中动脉形成局灶性脑缺血模型。阻断后动物出现对侧肢体轻偏瘫;阻断侧感觉运动区脑电图波幅降低,频率减慢,大脑半球含水量增加。形态学观察示阻断侧感觉运动区皮质,海马和尾状核的神经细胞呈缺血性改变。本文就本模型的优缺点作了讨论。
