<正>孕妇的精神心理因素和产力、产道、胎儿因素一起并称为决定分娩的四大因素。分娩恐惧是女性孕产期常见的心理问题。国外已有研究[1-3]表明,严重的分娩恐惧可导致难产、产程延长、紧急剖宫产和选择性剖宫产的增加。此外,消极的分娩经历对女性的影响可持续数年,甚至影响其家庭关系、亲子关系[4]。因此,应引起足够重视。本综述的目的是了解国内外孕产妇分娩恐惧的研究现状,为了解我国育龄人群中分娩恐惧的现状、开发有效的干预措施、促进自然
