不同种类酒精饮料及酒精摄入量与高血压关系研究

摘要
目的探讨不同种类酒精饮料及酒精摄入量与高血压的相关关系。方法利用20102012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测在广西开展的监测资料,选取1865岁居民作为研究对象,共3 036名居民纳入研究。结果当酒精摄入量为≤12.0g/d、12.124.0g/d、24.148.0g/d和≥48.1g/d时人群患高血压的OR(95%CI)值分别为1.03(0.801.34)、1.04(0.681.59)、2.30(1.503.53)和2.19(1.443.34)。喝米酒和白酒的人群的血压值高于不饮酒的人群,且随着酒精摄入量的增加而增加。只喝米酒的人群酒精摄入量24.148.0g/d和≥48.1g/d患高血压的OR(95%CI)值分别为2.36(1.164.83)和2.23(1.104.53)。结论酒精摄入量≥24.1g/d时增加居民高血压的患病危险,在相同酒精摄入量的情况下,喝米酒的人群患高血压的危险更高。
