摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的一种功能性肠病,其发病机制尚不明确,目前认为是多因素共同作用的结果,包括肠道菌群失调、肠黏膜通透性异常、肠道免疫功能紊乱、内脏高敏感性、肠道动力异常、遗传及心理-社会因素等。近年来,益生菌治疗IBS的研究日益深入。该文将从调节肠道菌群、增强肠黏膜屏障功能、调节肠道免疫功能及降低内脏高敏感性等方面对益生菌治疗IBS的机制及安全性进行阐述。
