<正>糖尿病是由遗传和环境因素相互作用而引起的临床综合征。糖尿病常见的慢性并发症包括神经病变、血管病变、皮肤感染等[1]。糖尿病按神经病变分为伴有周围神经病变性糖尿病和不伴有周围神经病变性糖尿病[2—4]。其中,周围神经病变包括运动神经病变和感觉神经病变。糖尿病周围神经病变
