摘要：

文章综述专用性投资及其治理安排的最新理论进展。一方面,就专用性投资概念而言,从投资的性质将关系专用性投资划分为自利性投资、合作性投资、混合性投资;从专用的对象看,从实证的角度提出了产业专用性投资、任务专用性投资和模式专用性投资等新概念。另一方面,关于如何实现对专用性投资的有效治理的问题,也存在许多针锋相对的观点,如科斯与威廉姆森之间、哈特-莫尔与Chung、Aghion等之间以及Lyon-Rasmusen与Che-Hausch之间的分歧等。
