快速流程在结直肠外科手术后管理中的应用

摘要：

笔者收集国内、外近年来有关结直肠外科手术后管理快速流程的相关文献,对结直肠外科术后快速流程的运作进行了综述,包括:避免常规放置胃管、早期经口饮食、早期拔除尿管、限制液体入量、有效的术后止痛、术后早期下床活动、遵守,严格的出院标准、充分有效的随访等措施,快速流程在结直肠外科手术后管理可有效地加快术后康复、缩短住院时间、减少术后并发症且安全可行。
