摘要：

随着生活水平的提高和社会经济的发展,饮酒已成为日常生活中常见的现象。适量饮酒对于健康有益,而过量饮酒则易引发一系列疾病。酒精性肝病(ALD)是由于长期过量摄入酒精导致的肝脏损害等病变,给人类健康带来了很大危害。其发病机制可能与多种因素有关,现综合近年来国内外在这方面的最新研究,并由此探讨了ALD的发病机制,旨在进一步明确ALD的致病因素,从而在日常生活中更好地预防ALD的发生。
