选择性支气管动脉造影术在处理大咯血中的应用

摘要：

选择性支气管动脉造影可用于发现隐匿的引起咯血的病灶。对不宜手术的反复咯血病人用支气管动脉内栓塞术治疗也能收到良好效果。本文报道的一例,不明原因反复咯血9年,最后经施行选择性支气管动脉造影才明确了病变部位,得以手术切除病灶而愈。文中简单介绍了选择性支气管动脉造影的方法、并发症和在咯血病人中应用的适应证。
