摘要：

在影响经济运行的各种因素中,公共基础设施是一个重要的因素。在回顾近20年国外有关公共基础设施投资经济效应的众多实证研究基础上,重点论述了生产函数、成本(利润)函数和向量自回归等三种研究方法以及公共基础设施投资在国家、地区、产业等三个层面的经济影响效果,并对研究成果和存在的各种争论进行梳理和评析,以期在此基础上展开进一步的讨论。
