乡村内生发展视角下资源的内涵及其应用

摘要：

如何优化乡村资源配置,增强乡村内生发展动力,实现乡村振兴,是一个亟待深入研究的课题。从内生发展视角看,乡村资源包括外生性资源和内生性资源两种基本类型,内生性资源以显性和隐性两种基本形式存在。乡村内生发展的关键是有效配置与整合利用内外部资源,尊重地方本土性,着力挖掘地方的人力资本、文化资本、社会资本等隐性的内生性资源。研究表明,只有积极培育农民自主性,真正赋权给地方,科学制定乡村内生发展规划,统筹利用好内生性资源与外生性资源,才能激活中国乡村内生发展动力,推动乡村振兴。
