城市老年人志愿服务参与对其健康的影响

基于2014年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据,分析了城市老年人志愿服务参与对其健康的影响,利用工具变量方法解决存在的内生性问题,并探索其作用渠道。结果表明:城市老年人志愿服务活动参与对其日常生活能力、工具性日常生活能力、自评健康都有直接的正向影响,通过引入工具变量后,志愿服务活动参与对城市老年人健康的影响程度会显著提高。渠道检验表明,健康变化状况与身体疼痛感情况是两个重要的作用机制。基于此,建议政府应完善城市老年人志愿服务参与制度、促进社区养老服务基础资源整合、提高老年基本医疗服务可及性与可得性,以切实保障城市老年群体的健康。
