摘要：

本文试对香港地区的教育质量保证和学校监督进行探究,回答了三个重要问题:谁在掌控香港学校的教育质量?香港在学校教育质量保证的过程中采取了哪些重要策略?香港教育质量保证和学校监督的实施及改革是否一帆风顺,遇到了何种挑战?通过分析发现:香港教育质量保证体系"虽优尤险",需要进行细致而透彻的回顾,使政府与实践者之间的信任关系更加巩固,并促使相关工作进一步完善。
