呼吸内科伴负性心理患者采用心理支持措施后的临床效应

摘要：

目的:评价分析呼吸内科伴负性心理患者采用心理支持措施的意义。方法:选择在本院就诊的呼吸内科住院伴焦虑抑郁患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,对照组采用常规治疗和基础护理,观察组在此基础上,联用心理支持措施。结束后对两组患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分和主观满意度进行比较。结果:联用心理支持措施治疗的观察组焦虑、抑郁等负性心理的好转情况均明显优于对照组;观察组主观总满意率要明显高于对照组。结论:心理支持措施对呼吸内科伴负性心理患者的治疗有很大帮助,建议临床进一步推广。
