摘要
动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种慢性炎症疾病,包含血管细胞和炎症细胞之间复杂的相互作用。酪氨酸激酶/信号转导子和转录激活子(JAK/STAT)信号通路是多种细胞因子和生长因子在细胞内传递信号的共同途径,参与机体免疫反应、血管细胞迁移增殖和凋亡等多种生物学活动。文章对目前JAK/STAT信号通路在AS发生和发展中的作用进行了综述。
