利用中国香瓜与哈密瓜的F2群体构建SRAP连锁遗传图谱

摘要
以中国甜瓜地方品种自交系4G21(香瓜)和3A832(哈密瓜)杂交产生的114个F2单株为材料,利用29对SRAP引物构建甜瓜分子遗传图谱,共产生187个多态性位点,其中152个位点组成12个连锁群,该图谱覆盖基因组长度2077.1cM,平均图距13.67cM。每个连锁群的标记数6~32个,平均图距9.72~19.19cM,连锁群长度85.3~469.1cM。
