网络药理学在中药领域中的研究进展与应用策略

摘要：

中药是一个多成分、多作用靶点和多作用途径的复杂系统,中药及其复方治疗疾病遵循整体观思想。网络药理学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,其整体性、系统性和注重药物间相互作用的特点与中医药学的基本特点相吻合,是一门从系统层面揭示中药对机体调控网络作用的新兴学科,为研究传统中药与现代药理学之间的相互关系搭建了桥梁。综述网络药理学在中药领域中的应用现状和存在的问题,并阐述了网络药理学的研究思路、关键技术及应用方法与策略,以期为采用网络药理学揭示中医药现代科学内涵提供指引和参考。
