摘要：

卒中后抑郁与认知功能障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症。其不仅会影响患者的肢体功能恢复,还会影响患者的心理状态、社会功能、生活满意度、职业功能等,从而影响患者的生活质量。本文就卒中后抑郁与认知功能损害及其对患者生活质量的影响作一综述,以期临床医生能够重视卒中后抑郁与认知功能障碍的早期诊断、早期治疗,以提高患者的生活质量。
