摘要：

在辅助生殖领域腹腔镜被广泛应用于诊断和处理卵巢、输卵管或其他腹腔因素引起的不孕,已被证明能改善妊娠结局,且创伤小、恢复快而受到青睐,但该技术对卵巢储备功能的不良影响也逐渐引起大家的重视。众多学者从窦卵泡数、卵巢体积、卵巢血流动力学、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、抗苗勒管激素、超促排卵后的优势卵泡数、获卵数等不同角度进行研究,发现某些腹腔镜手术,主要包括卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剔除术、输卵管切除术、卵巢打孔术等对卵巢储备功能存在负面影响,这可能与卵巢血流供应受破坏及卵巢组织的丢失有关。
