小胶质细胞对成年哺乳动物神经发生的调节作用

摘要
成年哺乳动物的神经发生现象被大量研究证实,影响和调节神经发生的因素也逐渐被揭示。小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统重要的"免疫"细胞,它对神经发生具有广泛的调节作用。一方面,小胶质细胞通过与T细胞作用,或者释放神经生长因子促进神经发生;另一方面,激活的小胶质细胞释放一些细胞因子,形成一个不利于新生神经细胞的生存环境。本文对有关小胶质细胞影响神经发生的最新研究进展进行综述,这些研究进展将为理解小胶质细胞与神经发生的关系以及探索促进神经损伤修复的措施提供重要线索。
