中小企业成长性影响因素分析——基于中小板上市公司面板数据的实证研究

摘要：

本文选取深交所中小板100家上市公司2007年6月至2009年9月面板数据,运用多元回归的方法,研究中小上市公司成长性的影响因素及影响效果。研究发现:我国中小板上市公司成长性与其盈利能力、偿债能力、股本扩张能力、现金流量能力、资产规模等指标存在正相关关系,与财务风险和代理成本呈负相关,而与财务杠杆不相关;盈利能力和股本扩张能力是影响中小板上市公司成长性的最主要因素,而财务风险则是抑制其成长性的主要因素。
