摘要：

本研究探讨应对方式和社会支持对护理Ⅱ型糖尿病的影响。受访者 (n =2 0 0 )为年龄 6 0～ 92岁的门诊患者。通过面谈和问卷收集的资料显示 ,Ⅱ型糖尿病并未对生活构成多大的妨碍 ,大多数患者并没有显著的抑郁症状。隐藏情绪的应对方式与抑郁症状关系最为密切。一般的社会支持比针对糖尿病护理所给予的支持 ,对心理健康有更大的影响 ,而朋友的支持又比家人的支持起更正面的作用
