摘要
胚胎干细胞是来源于胚胎的多能干细胞 ,具有分化的多向性和长期增殖的能力 ,已被广泛用于生命科学的各个领域。本文综述了胚胎干细胞的建立、生物学特性及临床应用前景 ,尤其着重论述了目前的应用现状 ,并指出存在的一些问题。
