摘要：

介绍了制备多糖抗原的两种方法及影响多糖免疫原性的因素,并综述了检测多糖单抗的酶联免疫吸附测定法的最新进展以及多糖单克隆抗体在菌体亚型分类、抗原表位研究、疾病诊断治疗和多糖药代动力学研究等方面的应用情况。
