老年腔隙性脑梗死患者抑郁情绪及影响因素的研究

Objective:To explore the feature of depression in senile patients with Lacunar infarction (LI)and its related factors.Methods:The level of depression of 126 senile LI patients identified by CT or MRI was measured by HAMD.Comparison between 76 cases of depression and 50 cases of nondepression on sites of infarction ,number of infarction,clinical nerve function limitation score(CNS),past history and educational level was analyzed.Results:Among 126 senile LI patients ,there were 76 cases(60.3%)with depression;Multiple cerebral infarction,Subcortical cerebral infarction were commonly associated with depression;Patients with multiple and subcortical infarction got significantly higher score of depression than those with single and cortical infarction.Cases with history of hypertension,diabetes, coronary heart disease or low education were more frequently found in the depression group compared with the non depression group.Depression was significantly and positively correlated with CNS.Conclusion:The biological and psychosocial factors can play important roles in depression of senile lacunar infarction.
