9种杨属植物雄花序中黄酮类含量的HPLC法测定

摘要
The determination of flavonoids in the male inflorescence of 9 species of \%Populus \%L. was carried out by HPLC. Shim\|pack ODS 150 mm×6 mm column and CH\-\{3\}OH\|5%HCOOH (water solution) (62.5∶37.5) were used as mobile phase. The average recovery of chrysin was 100.4% and RSD was 2.76%. The method was proved to be simple and sensitive that can be used for the medicinal quality evaluation of \%Populus \%L. It shows that flavonoids are different in varieties and contents among different species, while chrysin is the common constituent of male inflorescence.
