摘要：

Human Beings make every step of their progress by overcoming challenges from nature. The progress goes not straightly, but with a lot of turning points. There are three directions in the global development in the twenty-first century, the continuous industrial civilization, a transformation from industrial civilization to ecological one, and sublimation from survival to liberty. The developmental strategy of globalization in the twenty-first should be making a great effort to realize a new civilization.
