摘要：

<正>与全膝关节置换几乎同时起步的单髁(单间室)关节置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)是膝关节置换手术的特殊形式。由于受到假体设计、手术指征以及操作技术等多方面限制,早期临床随访结果并不满意,因此一直未被骨科医生所接受。90年代后期,由于微创手术的普遍推广,UKA也越来越受到重视。对手术指征的进一步认识以及假体设计上的不断改进,一些坚持进行UKA的医生开始陆续报道了令人鼓舞的中长期随访结果,从而为UKA的发展提供了可靠地临床依据。
