一般智能与情绪智能对大学生职业意向的影响探究

摘要：

以社会认知职业理论为基础,构建了一般智能和情绪智能的交互作用模型,对大学生创业潜能和就业兴趣进行研究。具体结果表明,一般智能较高的学生不太倾向于创业,但是在高情绪智能的作用下,创业潜能会显著提高;一般智能较高的学生倾向于常规类型的工作,在此基础上更高的情绪智能会显著提高探究类职业兴趣,削弱常规类职业兴趣。
