摘要
前列腺素E2(PGE2)是一种重要的花生四烯酸代谢产物,通过与4种G蛋白偶联的受体(EP1、EP2、EP3、EP4)作用而广泛参与多种生理和病理生理活动。研究表明4种EP受体在肾脏和血管系统中均有分布,PGE2通过作用于EP受体而具有降低血压及调节血压稳态平衡的作用。此外,PGE2通过EP受体在盐敏感性高血压、肾性高血压、心肌肥大等血压相关疾病中也发挥着重要的作用。
